摘要:We improve the estimates of the Stokes flow given by Kang, in the sense that the estimates are global with decay, more explicit upper and lower bounds, and imply finite global energy, and then use it as profile to construct Navier-Stokes flow. Key to the construction is the pointwise bound of the (unrestricted) Green tensor for proved by our recently work (arXiv:2011.00134). This talk is based on joint work with Kyungkeun Kang and Chen-Chih Lai, Tai-peng Tsai.

简介:赖柏顺，湖南师范大学“潇湘学者”特聘教授、博士生导师，博士毕业于湖南师范大学。曾访问美国肯塔基大学、普渡大学，加拿大英属哥伦比亚大学。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目1项，青年项目1项。主要研究方向为偏微分方程理论及其应用。
